At WhiteLight Consulting we love Project Management. Why? Because you never know where it will take you.
This year we’ve been working with the team at Diageo in preparation for the launch of the new Roe & Co Distillery in James’s Street.
This iconic building, set back from the street, was once home to the distillery of George Roe and later became the power station that fuelled the Guinness plant at St. James’s Gate. But now, this stunning building has come full circle and has been restored as a working distillery.

But more than that, it is also a truly delightful visitor experience. Every aspect of your senses will be enthralled by a visit to Roe & Co. The building is visually beautiful with immaculate finishes. Woodwork, copper stills, glass walkway … every detail of this building has been meticulously hand-crafted. The soundtrack to the building is the gently hum of the distillation process.

Treat your palette to a taste sensation in the Flavours Room before tasting in Room 106. Express your creative side with cocktail making lessons or just kick back with a cocktail in the very chilled Power House bar.

This is a boutique visitor experience. Only 16 people per tour and all guided by one of the superbly trained Roe & Co Ambassadors.

We are so proud to have worked with the Diageo team on the opening of Roe & Co Distillery and look forward to many more visits to this iconic experience!
